T and I are going to use this space to talk about our experiences with life, food, and fitness. We try to eat healthy following a paleo/primal way of diet/lifestyle. T is an avid cross-fitter and has made amazing progress concerning overall fitness and weight goals. We want to share with you the lessons we've learned so far.
